Standard Craft-n-Go Case

I have the case on top of a table for two weeks, afraid that it will be to heavy with all the equipment, wondering if I made the right decision. The day arrived that I needed to go to a park and I put all my stuff inside and yes I was able to lift it, and load and unloaded to the car. When I arrived to the park the person in charged helped me open the legs, and he was so surprised to see my professional look. I am so happy that I have purchase it, it rolled easily on the park, and all the accessories were perfect. Thank you Craft-N-Go for making our lives easier.

Very happy with my Craft n' Go of 6 months. It is efficient for quick set up and break down. Everything is within an arm's reach when you. I do have 2 magnets glued to every paint and they still like to fall off during transport. Mine did not come with the center strip, so I am buying that separately to keep the magnetic lids from sliding out of place. With my kit fully loaded, end-to-end with dozens of paints, brushes, glitters, wipes, etc it weighs 38 lbs Total. The rubber feet make it especially sturdy. The handle is definitely not long enough for me to pull without breaking my back, so I just carry it in my arms or laying down in my wagon.

I am honestly so shocked to have paid over $500 (that’s just for the regular size), to have it arrived damaged and obviously used. It was a complete shock. The customer service was fantastic and immediately helped me when I reached out to have them send me a new one - but the new one is going to arrive after the event that I wanted it for…I mean, so frustrating - it’s just the point…My husband is undergoing chemo and it was an inconvenience to re-box drop, tape up and drop off to return it (amidst his many doctor appointments). I was so excited to finally have enough money to treat myself with one of these after a very rough year financially with hubby’s medical bills…only to get a damaged item. Where was the quality control? Who okayed that item to be shipped out like that? So for now I still have a mostly bad taste in my mouth, but the customer service made me feel a lot better!!! Once I get to use the new item and if it looks good/works well, I can post an updated review for 5 stars. Also - ps to Craft n go - please consider adding more free accessories. I paid less for my lighted makeup caddy which is just as big (bigger) and has lasted me 7 years - it came with free straps, extra bulbs, free makeup shelf for inside, and free magnets. I appreciate the free magnet board - maybe add some free little stuff too - or coupons for adding them later…
